A student is selected as Class President and is scheduled to accept the position and speak to the entire student body on Friday. On Wednesday it is discovered that the student has not completed a self-study course requirement that is mandatory of all student senate representatives. The course takes a week to be completed. Given that the student has not started the coursework and will not be able to finish before the announcement on Friday, please describe what actions should be taken in order to resolve the situation.

如何对付 kira 的贴已经很多，我以前也发过。这个贴就说点别的教训。我已经录过好几所学校的kira，但是偏偏昨天晚上惨跪，主要有几个原因：

1. 45 秒时间太短 诸如 3 reasons 之类的题，45秒几乎没有时间详述或者犹豫。我的语速非常快，别人半个小时的面试我只要不到 20 分钟就能搞定，可是很多问题我在准备的时候就已经堪堪要说 44 秒，正式录像的时候稍微一卡，准备的内容就来不及说完了，不得不临时换说辞。建议大家准备时每道题最好不要超过40秒。

2. 网络太差，无法进入状态。以前我录 kira 没有遇到过网络不行的问题，上传 90 秒视频 1 分钟以内就能搞定，昨天整个过程却花了 2 个半小时，完全无法保持面试状态。而且由于老天断网，我录了 8 道题，有些题还录了两三遍（有时候断网不一定会换题）。心情非常烦躁，关注点已经从如何回答问题变成了这个题能不能成功上传。建议有条件的 CDer 在网速（设备测试时）不低于 1 M的情况下录，状态是一种很玄很重要的东西。

题目多不是问题，毕竟题库很小，我当初准备 brandies 时练了上百道题，最后说的非常流畅。心态很重要，祝大家好运！

1. For the first time in many years, the basketball team has made it to the championship game. In order for a player to be eligible, they must have a “C” grade average. A few days prior to the game, the coach learns that his two star players have dropped below the required grade average. According to policy, they should be suspended from the team. But if they are suspended, they won’t play in the championship and the whole team is depending on them. What should the coach do?
