提交完 application 第二天就发来了 online interview invitation, 趁着我还没忘就写下来。不是每个词都对，大概意思是这样的。

1. What is your career aspiration? and why MBA, why DeGroot? 
2. Describe a recent example where you attempted to get conflicting parties working together toward a common objective.
3. Two community involvement, what you learned?
4. One recent accomplishment that can demonstrate your strong leadership.
5. Written: describe a recent hard time 大概是这样

我觉得 Kira 不难，多练几次，就是会紧张。

总之有申请 McMaster 项目的同学交流一下啊，我发现申请加拿大学校的真的很少。或者有申 McGill MMA 的也交流一下啊，看 CD 上好像 McGill 会拖很久，MMA 比较新，希望今年能多招些人。
