楼主R3压线交申请，举例完成CWRU和GWU kira面试已经过了好一阵了。这几天也闲了下来，想分享一下我整理过的面经给大家，希望能帮助到大家~

CWRU:

1. Introduce yourself (2 min )
2. Why case? How can the program help your career? What you can do for learning environment? (wirting 7 min )
3. Which other schools have you applied? And why? (90s)
   

leadership类题目：

1. 大家都burn out怎么办 90s
2. If one of members in disfunctional team, how to resolve the issue ， 90s
3. 领导的一个团队成员差异很大的经历，怎样让team members contribute to the team的经历；

经历：

1. 在团队中作为leader你怎样确保每个人都involve，what outcome?
2. you are a team leader what was the leader technique and outcome
3. 在teamwork中发现缺少解决问题所需要的必要技能，你是怎么做的
4. 有没有帮助别人完成某项任务

思维类：

1. 在工作或学校的一些procedure发现flaw，怎样提出建议
   提出新想法的经历，come up with innovative idea
   A time you come up with a new solution, how you come up with this solution? what outcome?
2. 在工作过程中BA需要用大量data information,你怎样与decision maker合作，让他采用你通过data analytics得出的结论？
3. 你发现几个possible solutions中有一个最有可能成功，为什么
   发现一个事情不同方面的linkages ，different approach to solve a problem 90
   

个人经历类：

1. 超出comfort zone的事情
2. 空闲时间干什么 60s
3. academic or extracurricular activity让你learn something important or change perspective in some way
