3. a decision that you have put off the longest. why?
4. why should we offer seat for you? what makes you stand out compared with other candidates?
5. 也是描述你在一个group中遇到什么困难，怎么解决。NB：是描述一个你不是leader的情况。

录完第一个问题心态就崩了，感觉雅思7分并没有用，面试的时候结结巴巴什么都说不出来。本来楼主的就是弱G加双非一本，现在面试还凉了。
