早上收到邮件才知道面试官换成了John Montana，去翻了下往年面经都说小哥很冷漠很奇葩啥的，内心甚是奔溃。

12.12晚上10点的面试，提前五分钟进入WebEx的界面，John特别准时的上线。小哥带着黑框眼镜，看起来萌萌哒？？没有我想象中高冷，还是挺亲切的~

上来先介绍了一下他自己，面经如下：

1. Self-intro，以及追问我的新实习。（说为啥不update，简历上木有，我说我前两天发邮件了呀......)
2. Why undergraduate university？
3. Why MSA program？
4. Why WFU and how did U hear about WFU？ (我只答了前一半，木有追问）
5. What challenges do you expect to meet in this program？
6. Successful teamwork experience and what do you think is the most important factor for a successful team？
7. What makes good leadership？
8. How do you stay informed？
9. Your favorite author。 （这个问题答了一半，电话突然断了，再次接上之后John小哥就直接问下个问题了，开心。）
10. Why this track？
11. Other program you applied？
12. Q&A。
13. 貌似没了。

大概35min，我Q&A问了很多问题，酱紫可以少回答几个，2333，真是讲的口干舌燥。

小哥好像一直盯着屏幕，也没见记笔记？会说good，excellent之类的，不太有follow up的问题，回答问题还是很仔细耐心的。John说，他们会尽量在放假前给通知。
