KIRA 面试：

练习题目跟真正的题目完全不一样。CD里面有一份比较详细的Kira面经问题。都准备一遍一定不会有问题。

我的问题是：

1. Programming language you learned in undergraduate， give me an example。
 
2. After analyzing the loss if the company keeps this program，a company want to cut off a program that cannot bring any profit，but thousands of workers might lose their jobs,what recommendation will you give to your boss about the potential risk？

笔试问题：

Which company do you want to go during 10-week inter in Ivey lab and why？ 三分钟计时。这个大家可以提前把内容想好准备好，反正没有录像......

面试递交完一周不到收到了面试的通知。因为各种原因我约了available date的最后一天。

楼主的面试问题：

1. 自我介绍。
2. Why MSC and why Ivey。（里面包括各种追问，我blalalala说了一堆，结果面试官觉得我说的都是western的好不是ivey的，我内心很无奈。）
 
3. Which company do you want to go after graduation？ 所以说面试之前要把自己的essay和申请文书都过一遍。
    
4. Tell me about an experience that you have to gain support from others。
      
5. Please tell me your experience in XXX company。（我自己的经历，请把自己每段经历能说的都想一遍）
                      
6. Please tell me your experience that you have to convince others。（我一直觉得这个问题跟第4个问题是重复的，一度觉得自己回答错了）
                        
7. Tell me your experience that you have conflict within groups。
                        
8. Tell me your experience that you have conflict out of your groups。（(这个是第7个问题的追问，但是问的很详细，这个问题差点把我问懵了。想了几秒钟说了一句我没有这个经历。)
                          
9. Please tell me your weakness。（老生常谈的问题，提前准备好回答。）
                         
10. Please tell me your favorite newest business news。
                        
11. Tell me your most success project you have in your experience，and the difficulties you overcome。
                          
12. Tell me your most creative experience。
                          
13. If you get the offer，what kind of preparation you will do。 （这个问题问的也是让我很懵），并且追问了什么soft preparation。（我确定此题答跑题）
                        
14. Q&A。

整个过程无比的痛苦，在面试第二十分钟的时候我就想关电脑不面了。追问追的很紧问题也很犀利。我面试时间大约持续了50+分钟，后来看帖子说要60分钟才是稳。也让我丧了很久很久。

面试官在我看来就是一个问问题并且记录回答的人，并不是最后的决策者。我觉得面的人并不是一个经验丰富的人，追问的问题有时候总觉得有重复。而且楼主每回答完问题她都要说一句：所以你说的意思是xxxxx。

再说一句，我觉得面试心态真的很重要。我是那种一紧张脑子就当机的人。所以这次面试的时候自我介绍完就努力让自己不紧张。然鹅，面试官的问题让我懵了好多回。嘴里一直说着不知道什么东西脑子一直在想，这个过程好煎熬。
