舒立克面试是跟Boris进行的，选的是面对面in person面试，一般都是跟Lindsay，但是在申请过程中跟Lindsay太熟，避嫌被分配给了Boris. 面试结束之后的周一给了offer。

9. Experienceabout under pressure but overcome the difficulties？Something didn’t meet your expectation and how did youovercome it?

10. How do you deal with conflicts in a team?
