考G的时候在这个论坛索取了不少信息，想借此机会也回报一下论坛。在此分享一下IE IMBA的面试，以及申请录取的流程。

今年1月底递交申请，2月第一周收到面试通知，前天刚面试完，今天一早收到录取。

楼主在东京工作，所以面试也是和东京办公室的代表进行的。整体感觉比较轻松，楼主前天身体不适，一开始略有紧张，以为会挂，但是后来放平心态，慢慢适应了整个面试的风格和节奏。

回忆一下主要的问题有：

1. Brief introduction about yourself. Walk me through your CV in 2 mins
2. Please tell me which course do you like the most during your graduate study? (被这个问题难倒 都过去好久了)
3. Why IE?
4. Why MBA?
5. Why now?
6. Who would be the person you'd like to lunch with? Whether he is still alive or dead. Why?
7. How to lead the team?
8. What does leadership mean to you?
9. How do you handle conflicts in the team? Could you give me an example?
10. What can you contribute to class?
11. Have you ever solved a very difficult problem in an unconventional way?
12. What's your career goal after you graduate?
13. What is you backup plan if we reject you?
14. How would you fund your MBA?
15. Weakness
16. Please share with me one piece of news you have read today.
17. Please tell me the failure you have had recently and what you have learnt from that experience.
18. Any questions for me?
19. Do you think you can survive in Madrid?
