ic商学院是kira面试， kira面试意味着真的可以很放松，lz之前紧张了快一个星期，面的时候感觉真的没有必要啊，早点面完早点出去玩！

五个题目，前三个general，大概是商学院通用，问问你的经历啊，爱好啊，职业规划什么的，第四题写作（5min 250words）一般关于为什么申请ic的program，第五题就比较专业啦，考你对某件事情的认识，建议大家准备与自己申请的专业相关的问题。

My final career aspiration is to work for a top engineering international company as CMO to lead its mkt innovation and expansion.
To achieve this goal, in the short run after I received my master degree, I plan to work in a consulting company as analyst to sharpen expertise in mkt research and data analysis. When we were working on the national innovative program on the auto interconnected systems of smart cities, the investor told us that he would stop investing our program since he doubt the profit he could make. To make him feel confident of our program, I introduce the foreseeable profits in recent years and the influence that the app shocks the market. I also told him where the money went and how we manage to use the money to indicate that we use the money in a productive way with no wasting. Finally, he agrees to keep on investing on our project and we successfully finished the research.
/But in the end, he still refused to invest, so we only finished the production of the app, and failed to advertise and promote it.

It happened in last summer when there was an activity in our university. The theme of the activity is to help children who were studying in a primary school in the mountain area. I talked with them and encouraged them that we can keep up with the
project even if we don't have any investment. Although we cannot successfully achieve our goal, we have already done our best and we would never regret it.

I have experienced a lot of group work and I have met the challenge that as a leader in the group, my member refused to cooperate with each other because of the opposite ideas.
The method I used to deal with this problem is making the two opposite guys sitting together to tell their own perspective and find the point they argued about. I let each of them make a plan using their own way and compete with the other to find flaws in order to make out the best one.
I do believe the best way to solve this kind of relationship issues is hard to say right or wrong but this issue could be done with positive attitude to motivate the members by using praise words and saying high of their improvement.

I have experienced a lot of group work and leading a team with different personalities is really a common thing.
Firstly, we will sit together and have a free talk, in this way, we can get to know more about each other and know the personality of different members. Secondly, I will give each member different work regarding their personality. For example, I will arrange the guys who are serious to deal with data, and guys who are out-going to deal with market research.
I do believe the best way to solve this kind of relationship issues is hard to say right or wrong but this issue could be done with positive attitude to motivate the members and find their shining points in different areas.

Firstly, I would find what the biggest argument lied in, could this argument be solved in a double win method? If there were a chance for me to talk to myself, the first thing I would say was that you should think over and make plans earlier. I didn't have the habit of planning things in advance when I just entered the university and consequently, I always work until mid night when the deadlines approaching. As a result, the quality of my work stayed in a low level in my junior year and little improvement can be seen although I have spent a lot of time on studying.
In my senior year, after I learned the ideology of project management, I formed the habit of making plans by time schedules. It helped me a lot in the efficiency and accuracy of my work. Therefore, I really hoped to have formed this habit as early as possible.

Think about your strengths and weakness, how will IC help you develop your strengths and get over of your weakness.／曾经是缺点后来变成优点

My main strength is that I always make plans in advance. I am a good scheduler who is good at making plans in advance to ensure all the working could be done before deadline.

What we have learnt in university are models of finance and economics or theories in market plan and have written so many papers that it gives us an excellent base of knowing the charming and meaningful marketing.
