做题下午收到Dr.Smith面试通知，今天早晨和Dr. Nayak 一起面了半小时。

问题

• why phd finance
• why laurier
• what is your research interest
• how do you think the role of teaching and research? hwo is a good teacher like?（没料到。。。还问这个。。。）
• 概念题： repo agreement。。。瞬间懵逼。。。自己说算是一种contingent claim of financial institutions 吧。。。
• what kind of econometrics class/economic model have you learned?
• how do you think you can survive since the workload and depth of classes here are so CRAZY.....

最后自己的问题。

今年收两个学生，但是如我所意识到的，不给国际学生grant tuition waive。。。大家可能也不太愿意考虑这样半奖的学校吧。
