11月14号提交，12月6号收到invitation，12号晚上11点面试。

interviewer是MBA学生，名字叫Beth，人很nice，经常会给positive feedback，面试一共31分钟。

问题都很常规，

1. go through the resume,
2. short-term and long-term goal, why Simon,
3. what makes you a unique candidate,
4. multi-cultural experiences

稍微针对性一些的问题就是

1. what do you think of the power of social media，
2. 实习时怎样保证自己的step是对的，
3. 为什么转专业到marketing，
4. 毕业后回国还是留在美国还是去其他国家

然后有一个typing question，给了三分钟，describe an experience when you needed to analyze data and make a recommendation

最后就是Q&A

重点是熟悉自己的经历吧，把CD上的面经看一遍就可以了！
