Ruthie Pyles是2016年刚入职的assistant dean，人挺漂亮的，有点高原红，全程大大微笑加不间断的wonderful, excellent, I love that, thank you very much。刚开始很紧张，她特别特别热情，后来慢慢就不紧张了；遇到不会说的词卡住，她也一直点头。。。

背景：国内普通211，GPA4.07/5.0，国奖，三个水项目，三个更水的实习，托福112，GMAT700.

申的是MSFQ，然后Nikki Lemley之前skype预约要talk for 5 minutes，预测到会被调剂于是欣然接受了，选择了WHU，隔天就收到了面试通知。
