无比可怕的一次面试。。。。 面的比罗村还惨。。。。一开始没人call我，等了6分钟接到荷兰来的电话是Jessica，告诉我找不到我，然后让我搜她。。。好不容易开始了，我又看不见她，最后变成了我对着黑屏说话，她看着我面试。。。好可怕，声音还听不清楚。下面是面试题，我也不知道是不是这些了，我特么心情太慌张了现在。

1. Introduce yourself.
2. Why MSCA this time
3. How do you know Wustl the first time? （说从chasedream上知道的。。。我又说什么别的programs，有很多学生feedbacks，我又在YouTube上看到学生介绍。。妈的讲的什么鬼）Why this program？
4. 最后又问了：我知道你也申请其他学校，什么factors你觉得olin好（又说了遍curriculum，olin是我申请的最好的商学院，这个城市适合学习生活。。。有很多industries。。妈呀。。）
5. Tell me an experience in a team you disagreed with ideas, how you 什么，result。。。我临时编了个什么我也不记得了
6. The benefits of analytics in business...一脸懵逼。。一直在重复数字只是表面的，superficial。。只有analytics才能发现inner connections，find the key elements that affect the business...感觉自己在循环的讲这几句话。。。
7. what characteristics a leader should have 什么的，是important的，我特么真的是完全混乱。。。我说了什么let members do what they are good at. to exert their abilities, although we are easy-going, sometimes we should be strict with them, be pushy, because there some free riders....然后又说a leader should build a sense of belongingness, give members help and guidance, make the team like a home, so members can be fully engaged in the team. 妈的写出来还挺有道理的!怎么就是说不好！
8. any questions?问了三个吧

一共面了26min，从开始到最后一直处于混乱状态。。。几乎所有问题都是我临场讲的，舌头一直打结。之前看到说Jessica是会给positive评价的，会说perfect什么的，这把好了，听完我的回答仿佛感觉我不应该就结束的样子。。。只说All right, ok... 我的样子应该也是极其猥琐，毕竟看不见她人。。。祝大家好运吧反正
