刚面完 虽然听说现在都是kira了 但是还是分享一下面经，估计我是最后一批neel面试的吧.....

和之前的面经大部分很类似，感谢之前分享的po主。有几个新问题提一下

1. describe a time when you get lost and how did you deal with it
2. describe sth you are proud of as a team leader
3. describe sth you did wrong, even you know it is not correct
4. describe what you do to stay informed
5. describe organisational tools you use to stay control within organisation. 这题我一开始没懂，后来她提示了一下大意你要回答的是一些任务处理工具比如 evernote, calendar之类的
6. how to release stress
7. how do you handle disappointment
8. describe a time when someone has different perspective with you, how will you do with it?

暂时记得的就是这些，大部分和之前雷同，比如一开场who r u, why graduate, why ba, why undergraduate major, why wfu，你最崇拜的商业领导，你的三个优点和需要改进的地方，两个skill that make you qualify into msba之类的。

然后介绍了十分钟他家的项目，今年预计招收人数与去年持平。祝大家顺利！
