儿童节当天上海下雨，温度也不高，但是排队的人依然很多。

楼主预约的八点半，但是打车不到七点就到了，寒风中默默地排了一个半小时才进去。

具体流程大同小异，interview过程如下：

M：Good morning, Sir.
V: Good morning.
M: I am here to apply for the F-1 visa, here are my passport and I-20.
V: Ok. (Take a look at my I20 for a few seconds)
V: So you are going to balabala university, huh?
M: Yeah. To pursue my Ph.D. degree in balabala major.
V: Balabala major? What's your focus?
M: Balabala.
V: (Type on the computer for a few seconds). Ok, 通过了(用的是中文).

前后总共不到两分钟。

总的来说感觉上海的VO态度都还不错，环顾四周，很少看到拒签的。希望大家都能顺利通过！
