我刚刚完成了UCL的MGT专业研究生申请的面试，显示的是round 1 2015/16，题目和之前的大神们分享的题目都一模一样，在此再次感谢各位大神的帮助！

为防止后人再次查找搜索的麻烦，我再PO一下完整的题目。

1. Whatis your biggest academic achievement and How do you think it will help yousuccessfully complete an MSc Management at UCL?
2. Could you please give us an example of current affaire yourecently read about? And what do you think of it？
3. Which cultures, other than you own, are you interested in and why?
4. In your opinion, what are the characteristics of a good leader?
5. On a scalefrom 1 to 5, in which 1 corresponds to strongly disagree and 5 corresponds tostrongly agree, rate how important is authenticity（真实性） in leadership and explain why.

我是2月19日发出去申请，在3月15日收到面试邀请，要求5天之内完成，在3月19日下午录完。

在录视频之前，我在CD上面找到了完整的面试题目和大神们给出的经验，把每一题的答案都先写好并且细细打磨了。感觉提前准备还是很有作用的，预计今年的round 1的面试题目不会再变化（想提前知道自己是第几轮，可以先打开邮件中的interview link，里面会显示出来的），建议之后的同学也提前准备一下。
