前几天赶着第二轮deadline匆匆忙忙录完了Kira Talent。 原来以为可以先提交申请后录视频，填申请表的时候发现要先把Kira Talent 的日期填上才能submit application，一旦填上日期就不能改动了，所以先录视频后提交申请比较保险。

先前根据坛子里的面经准备了近二十道题目，实际录视频时回答6个问题，每个问题30s准备，仍然遇到了新题目，于是retry了好多遍。。。

9.How do you network?
10. Your leadership style?
11.Tell me about a time when you tackle a problem using different approach? What is the outcome?
12. Do you think you are well-rounded? Why ?

14.毕业后career plan?
