PennState (Smeal, PSU) 面试（2006-1-16）

我是在1月16日面试的。我的情况可能会和大家不同。我是参加了一天的活动后下午面试的，面试人是Carrie (Director of admission).我的面试问题如下：
- Go through my resume and give example for the statement on the resume.
- Goal upon completing MBA program
- Leadership definition
- What should let them know the most
- How to deal with the conflicts.
当时面试了约1个小时，就记得这么多了，其他的就是针对个人简历问了一些问题。
问他们面试后，大约什么时候，有结果，他们说是2周后一般就有结果。就我的自己的问题话，他们说1月底或2月初就有结果了。在这里祝福一下自己，希望有好的结果。不管怎样，我已经尽力了。
