- How do u keep ur team learning in the rapidly changing business enviornment?

面试官毫无深入挖掘的意思，经常抢我话茬，我有几次甚至还有话要出口就被人家硬顶回去了，估计是skype有延时的过，这个应该怪不得面试官。总之这次的教训就是说话要言简意赅，人家没空听细节。
你对takeaway的理解没错。
面试官有没有深入挖掘呢？还是像楼上说的那样，LZ回答的太久了？
还有LZ提到的take-away那个问题，意思是从工作中学到的3个最有价值的经验吗？
我感觉主要是面我那个人是研究企业组织效率和行为学的，所以感兴趣者方面问题。
我只是一不小心说了太多的detail，搞得人家不得不打断我。。。
