很感谢CD一直以来的无偿资源共享。分享一下自己前两天的面试经历。申请第一轮，大约一星期前得到了McCombs的面试通知，预约了11月4日在上海金茂大厦君悦酒店大厅的面试。总共持续大约30分钟。内容回顾如下：

1. Explain the gaps in resume, given the disparity between my major and my career path;
2. Short term goal, why MBA, why McCombs?
3. If I work in a team and someone doesn't performance his responsibility, what will I do?
4. Did I apply to other mba programs? How do I choose?
5. What did I learn from the application?
6. What kind of environment I don't want to work in?

总的来说，都是一些regular subjects，总体很轻松愉快，希望能in。

本人背景：G720；T107；石油天然气上游部门共4年，其中在一线工作2年，人事培训工作2年；大学所学专业为医药，gpa2.8。希望能够继续在能源领域深入工作。没什么太亮眼的地方，乱七八糟的东西比较多。作为反面教材，希望大家鼓起勇气来申请。
