4天前面试，面后内容如下

好吧，我承认我应该吐槽我自己太SB...但是这问题...

1. talk about your academic, professional experience, why HEC and what's your career goal
   (咱能不把这一串问题放一起么！)
2. If you got offer from your current company, will you choose HEC or you company
3. If a company owner want to sell for a high value, will you recommend it to go IPO or Acquisition. 
4. Why IPO has a 10-20% discount?
   (难道回答错误？我说的acquisition有control premium 而IPO有discount)
5. Tell me IPO market for hi-tech companies
   (听到这个问题我虎躯一震，老子又不是做TMT group的！！胡扯)
6. Tell me the challenges you met when you evaluate an energy company in your models
   (继续胡扯)
7. Why did you want to intern in XX PE company
   (可能前面回答太扯了，无奈只好问这个，我能告诉你是因为只有这个可以做嘛)
8. Will you prefer PE or MA
   (我刚回答完就知道回答错误了！！面试陷入尴尬 T_T...)
9. How MA create values?
   (synergies... and technology transfer神马的，哎)
10. Questions for us

真的泪奔了，唯一的面试还给messed up了！！说好的那些神马recommend a stock啊，why france啊，your daily role啊，之类的好问题呢！！大家安慰我一下吧！

这上面是当天写的，面完过于痛苦就来吐槽，结果又删了，4天后居然录了，LZ又迎风流泪了，高兴~所以虽然面的不好也是有可能进的啊，大家加油！
