CUHK：

1月14号收到CUHK邮件通知我17号新加坡face to face面试，由于本人现在新加坡工作，中大的Mr. Lawrence会来新加坡，我们约在一个宾馆，17号晚上如约而至。见面先是一阵寒暄，Lawrence说明天一早就要飞去韩国面试一些学生，非常辛苦！

具体题目：

1. Why came to SG to develop career after graduation from HK
2. Describe the toughest clients
3. Describe the worst project manager I've ever met
4. Biggest mistake you have made in the past years
5. From a very small company, how did you get yourself used to the big company
6. Most achievement I've ever made
7. Any Q?

整个面试过程非常顺利高效，这么多问题总共进行了25多分钟，Lawrence在酒店大堂还请我喝了杯可乐，人非常nice，工作很敬业！

HKU：

很早接到HKU邮件通知18号面试，跟中大背靠背，下午准时Skype打过来了，还是一贯的Sachin and Tom。

具体问题：

1. Describe your personality
2. Compare SG and HK
3. What's the most enjoyable part and most unenjoyable part of your job
4. Short term goal
5. How HKU contributes to your short term goal
6. Most challenging thing in leadership experience
7. Compare Taobao, eBay and Amazon
8. Biggest competitor of your company in Singapore and describe the situation
9. Any Q?

问题很多，但是20分钟就结束了。
