Dullpen的BJ 2000拒签经过—请教：

个人情况：MBA全自费，6月1日1千被据，13日又据。

 
V—visa officer

“V: What are you going to do in the US?

Me: I will go to university of Michigan to pursue my MBA degree. My concentration is general management.

V:  How do you pay your expense?

Me: I have sufficient funds to cover my expense. Half are my own savings and the rest are from my father-in-law and my wife. Here is my funding plan and bank certificate.

V：How much is your salary?

Me: my annual income after tax is 140000RMB.

V:  you will spend $63000 a year for your MBA. You will use up all of your family savings.

Me: No,no. the money is just a part of my family savings. Do you want to see my father-in-law’s other deposit book?

V: ok

Me ( I give him a deposit book, which is 110000RMB deposit)

V： （look at the account name and the saving date ）：This saving date is in Apr. 2005. Isn’t it just saved?

Me: ….( this question makes me dumb for several seconds)

V：Sorry, I am unable to issue your student visa this time. (Then he chops the refusal stamp on my passport)

ME: but, sir…. ( I try to let him see my company’s support letter and my company’s regulation about staff EMBA/MBA study cost reimbursement)

V: we cannot change any more.

Me: Is there anything wrong with my money?

V: you will spend so much money. I don’t believe you will come back.

Me: thank you.

总结：2次拒签，VO都是在纠缠钱的问题。没有就这个问题做好充分的准备。

我自己想了一下，请同学们给点意见。

1，心态没有调整好，自己老觉得虚，气不壮，一问措手不及。

2，最大的失误在于只准备了工作收入证明，没有准备关于自己收入、资金、资产的详细的计算清单，没有拿出关于资金来源的有说服力的证据。

3，没有抓住一切机会展示对自己有利的东西：1千没有准备公司支持信 2千没有抓住机会展示公司关于报销MBA学杂费的管理规定（----当然也可能VO也不会置信，因为毕竟是future option. ）；没有拿出有力证据（比如asset list）证明自己家庭有实力去支持我的学习。

4, 我的2年费用中，岳父占到了30%，美国人会不回觉得连岳父的钱都借到了，会不会感觉此人东拼西凑、孤注一掷。但现在资金证明他们都看了2遍，签证历史上会有记录的吧。如果再改成学校的loan, 还要改i20表，至少2周时间。

5，我计划在7月上旬再签，时间上是否合理？

6，我准备找个签证机构看看，是否必要？
