In@NUS MBA 附面经 [2013-01-07]

今天下午收到email通知我被录取。终于可以放心开始plan被搁置了半年多的旅游计划。
交材料大概是十一月中，面试是12月14号。面试官是Director of Graduate Study（整个面试emotionless）和一个career office的director（全程很high）。
问的问题很基本，没有case study，只是想了解我这个人:
- talk about your company, what do you do there? Why do you choose this path after management trainee period?
- How many people are under you? How do you assign responsibilities to your subordinates? What's your management style?
- Tell me about your family business, why don't you join them?
- Tell me about a failure you experienced.
- 详细聊了一些company和industry未来的东西
- You are so young (25yrs), why do you even think about doing MBA?
- Any questions?
个人信息：
武大毕业，后来去新加坡读master。毕业后在新加坡工作至今。G720, T110. Undergrad GPA average. 帮NGO做过事，算是个plus。
其他offer还没结果，但NUS是我第一选择，所以非常满意啦。
希望各位申NUS的也能拿到offer

NUS 面经：

NTU面经：
面试是上个拜五，没想到这么快出结果（不是by batch的吗？）。。。
面试官是nick，很多人面过他了。所以不奇怪是case study面试。
首先问了一些很个人的问题，比如为什么我要进入这个industry，工作性质什么的（他好像看essay很仔细，但其他的我的资料，他不是很熟悉）
然后进入case study
1. 有一个印度的CEO，他很了不起，白手起家创建了这个公司，但是他后来被发现鲸吞公款。你怎么看待这么leadership，你觉得他还是leader吗。后来又引申到F1，具体怎么不太记得了，讲了好多，他自己也contribute a lot。总之不是太痛苦
2. 他会给一些qualities，然后要你选择一家有这些qualities的公司，然后说为什么。然后又根据你的回答，他会问一些引申的问题。
他好像很看重essay，他最后将我的essay写的很独特，但我的industry不是很sexy。。。。我反正不知道怎么回答。。。

武大毕业，后来在NTU读master。毕业后在新加坡做管理。G720, T110. Undergrad GPA average. 之前有帮朋友的NGO做过part-time，算是个plus。
我最后选了NUS。希望其他人也一起加油。
想问问楼主为什么不选择北美的学校呢
想自己出学费，不想动家人的钱。 而且本来人就在新加坡。

我因为人在新加坡，所以去过他们家的event。我就说我该问的在event上问过了，没什么问题了。。。。。其实，有什么问题就实话实说，那边的面试官很nice的。
