真人面试面经：

面试官：Chris Gorczynski（非学校现役员工，Sauder 管理学毕业校友）

1. 简历上没提到的内容。
2. Why UBC Sauder / Why MBAN?
3. Career goal.(short-term / middle-term goal / long-term goal)
4. How to contribute to the cohort?
5. 其他申请的项目，申请的时候看中什么？
6. How did you land in your current job.
7. Proficiency with analytical tools.
8. 如何处理和应对 feedbacks?
9. What would you like to do to boost EDI to the cohort?
10. Q&A.

我有两年全职工作经历(数据分析相关)，DIY 申请。

正如之前的帖子来说，Chris 总体比较友好，如果遇到不懂的问题他会解释，问题衔接也比较流畅，但是不会有太多互动和点评回答。
被拒绝虽然失望但是觉得也很正常吧，因为自己 bg 相比其他申请人确实有很大的劣势，面试也没有发挥到最好。拒信里的"your overall qualifications were not competitive with those of other applicants this year"即是套话，也是实话。
