Oxford MFE R3 Kira 面经 [2022.03.26]

卡着 deadline 交了 kira.Kira 跟 application 的 deadline 不一样，交完 application 之后会受到 kira 的链接，然后一般是给一个多星期的准备时间。Kira 的流程就是一共四个问题，每个问题给 45 秒或者一分钟的准备时间，然后答题时间是一分半。每个问题结束了之后可以自行停留一段时间再开始下一个问题。我正好抽到的都是我准备过的问题：

1. Tell us about something that would positively surprise your future classmates.
2. News that should make front page but didn't.
3. Describe a teamwork situation where there's a problem with leadership. How did your team members respond?
4. Describe a time when you received critical feedback that you think is unwarranted from someone you respect. How did you respond? What would you do if you could go back again?
