Purdue MSF Kira 面经 [2022.03.14]

刚答完，回来报个面经攒人品。 03.01 就受到 kira 邀请，但是各种原因最近才答完。

CD 里有很多人分享之前的面经，可以肯定的是 purdue 的面经题库不大，好好准备一定可以。

1. Would you like work with the like-minded people or different people, why?
2. The characteristics or skills that a good problem solver must have?
3. The most important skill or expertise that you learned and wish to teach to others.
4. How you developed passion for Finance? (这题很少见，抽中的概率应该是比较小的，之前在 CD 里看到过，我是和自己的 ps 结合了)
5. Advantage of the technology in the business world, why? 没想到会出这题，和第三题准备重合了，稍微改动了一下。

把自己整理的普渡 kira 题都放在下面了。包含其他专业的 Kira 题，因为 msf 已知的面经有点少，应该是有几率抽中同是商学院的其他专业的题的。

3. Great features and characters of a good leader?
4. What makes a good team leader? How did you form these opinions?
5. The characteristics or skills that a good problem solver must have?
6. What makes a good team? How did you form these opinions?
7. Most creative solution you ever successfully used and how did you come up with the solution.
8. Tell me about a time when you were able to convince some to try a creative solution to a problem. What was the outcome.
9. Would you like work with the like-minded people or different-minded people, why?
10. Tell me about the last time you had to lead a team. What approach to leadership did you take?
11. Difficult challenge and what makes it difficult, outcome?
12. Advantage of the technology in the business world, why?
13. The most important skill or expertise that you learned and wish to teach to others.
14. Tell me about a successful team you have ever been a part of. What made this team so successful?
15. A time you unable to solve a problem in workplace or classroom. What make this problem so difficult?
16. Innovative person you admire and what you learned?
17. What will you bring to this program?
18. Tell a time that you were assigned a role your are not familiar with.
19. 你是如何 establish and maintain profession relationship 的？
20. A experience when you lead a dysfunctional team, and how you solved the conflict to ensure the goals were achieved?
21. How you developed passion for Finance?
