A time you feel complete lost.
I felt so lost when I was rejected by the debate team of our university. After the interview, the chairmen commanded me as no progress when I was in the reserve team. I felt so lost because I really made my efforts in collecting knowledge to broaden my horizon, I read books and practised to improve my debate skills. But I should admit that my disadvantage about afraid of speaking during the competition had not improved, since I was timid and afraid of disturbing my teammates’ logic and therefore lost us the match. After the rejection, I started reviewed myself, and I found the reasons: lack of focus and confidence. These years, I have made progress to improve my presence.

With the help of this app, people can pay and withdraw money in your account. Before Alipay was invented, we Used to cash payment, which is easy to lose, and change is also a troublesome thing. However, with Alipay, people only need to carry the mobile phone outsides, they can pay anything with it, and not worrying about the changes. Moreover, with a QR code, just by finger or face recognition, you can complete payment in a second. It can be applied to every field in our life, like transportation, your QR code can pay the fee; online shopping; transfer money from your bank card to your Alipay account, or reversely. In this case, there is no need to make these transactions in the bank.
Describe an experience when you ask for help despite feeling uncomfortable. What is the outcome and what did you learn?
I would like to share my experience of internship in Ernest & Young. I was assigned to an FSO, to help the audit work of a local bank. At the very beginning, I didn’t know anyone there, even my colleague and my tutor. I first found my tutor and bravely asked what should I do and the work arrangement. Luckily, there were another two interns in my group with whom I had interviewed previous, we exchange our personal information, and discussed our tasks. The whole process was getting kind of smooth and fortunately, my colleague and tutor are very kind and easygoing. From this experience, I learnt that we should be brave and actively communicate with others even in a strange place, keep the confidence and polite, making new friends is not a difficult thing.

Depends on how much the profit and the conflict. If the short-term profit is enormous, and the conflict is not very serious, I think I will choose it, since the profit can nearly offset the loss of complication. Besides, I can promise my partners to compensate for their loss, and thus it can be a win-win situation. However, if the short-term benefit is just a little, I definitely choose to keep my long-term relationship with trading partners, because the partners is more likely to cooperate with me steadily in the future. In this case. maintaining partners’ interests is also maintaining my own interests. At the same time, we also need to consider the causes of conflict and how benefits are obtained. If we want to gain benefits in an unethical way, then the choice is not desirable. ? 因为队友表现不好比赛失败的经历，有什么收获？ At sophomore, I participated in a competition and gathered a team with teammates from different colleges. I was confident of leading them to success and I took in most of the responsibility at the beginning. However, when the plan was in process, my teammates are inclined to not doing work assigned by me, because the topic is beyond members’ knowledge and skillsets, those missions were difficult to finish or achieve. For example, one member majored in publicity could not build up the business model that we were discussing. Once I realized that situation, I tried to decrease difficulties of their works and reduce their burdens, but the result was barely satisfactory. This experience gave me a warning, that do not chase a goal that is far beyond the capability just for unreliable dreaming, and teamwork should be considered based on each person’s ability.

If given the opportunity, I hope to learn more about French culture, since it is mysterious and attractive. France has made great efforts in the fight for human rights and the right to peace and has achieved remarkable results, which has always made French proud. French value equality and should have equal rights and opportunities regardless of gender or sexual orientation. French women are known for their strong independence and have the support and respect of men. And it has been one of the top levels of gender equality in the world. The achievements of French culture at aspects of equality, freedom and democracy are among the highest in the world, and they sincerely hope that all people in the world can live in freedom.
一个走丢的经历，你是怎么解决的，学到了什么？
I would like to share my experience of a trip. I booked an accommodation on Airbnb, then the host sent me the location. I firstly used Google map to navigate my way, but I couldn’t find that house. Since the roads in the community were narrow and complicated, I couldn’t distinguish the direction. Therefore, I decided gave up my mobile phone, and asked the security staff straightly, finally, under their guidance, I found my house.
This experience makes it know that people these days may be rely too much on electronics and Internet, but this lifestyle may not always be efficient. Sometimes we should communicate directly with others and just put down the phone. This is a good way to improve communication skills, and it can also shorten the distance between people.

Well, I think it is the environmental problems of Brazil. Since their establishment, due to the rapid population growth and their demands, the interference of human production and life on the environment has destroyed the environmental quality. I think I should start with myself and influence everyone through my actions to protect the environment and raise public awareness of environmental protection. Besides, I can also join in some non-government organizations, such as IUCN/ International Union for Conservation of Nature, WWF/ World Wildlife Fund and GEF. Or participate in some projects as international volunteers to help their country.
说一次经历如果有人在你的队伍里没有贡献很多，你怎么办学到什么？
Well, I would like to share my experience of planning a lecture in my university. At that time, I suggest that, we can invite café owner who promote her lifestyle though coffee culture to deliver a relevant speech, instead of inviting some celebrities of which the cost is too high. And we could also hold this lecture in our school café, where audience can enjoy the atmosphere much better. Then the lecture is very successful, teachers praised the ideas of cafe and give bonus to the one who gave it. Frankly speaking, he just referred to other schools’ examples, and consider that we could also mock their model, then he had done nothing. Therefore, he shared those bonuses with my teammates. I knew deeply that it is our team joint efforts make every success, so everyone should take their own part seriously.

Specialist in cleaning water, several workers who know how to use relevant tools, residents, and local geographer.
I am the leader and make some important and final decision, and Specialist is the consultant, and responsible for assigning different tasks for groups of workers, since he or she knows about the whole structure of our project well; and workers are necessary, whose task is carrying out the plans on time, therefore, they should be familiar with their work and tools; because the project is for a small country, we also need to know the local conditions, so local geographer and residents should be included, who can suggest and put forward some specific demands.
Don't know how to conclude a speech or writing, what do you do and the outcome?
As the last debater who need to speak during the competition, it is my responsibility to conclude all the points of views expressed by both sides and confuted the other side. Once, the subject was whether or not should people accept the belief that ‘Death of the Author’ while they are reading. Well, I have to admit to being lack of literature knowledge, so all the knowledge of this conception was boned up on before debate. When I concluded all the point of view that brought out by our side, there was still time for me to distil our belief. However, I stuck on the metaphor through which I want to deliver our opinion about the relationship of this conception and readers.
It was embarrassing to be muted for several seconds during speaking in front of the public. However, I still get the speaking under control by directly express our main argument, which is discounted compare to the metaphor but made the speaking continue. Then I know that prepare is above all, and don’t be panic to the trouble, there is always something else.
如果有同样的工作岗位，prefer 在 small local company 还是 large foreign company，which and why?
Based on my personal condition, I would like to choose a large foreign company, reasons are below. First, working in a big company can help me earn lots of experience, which will benefit my whole life. Their systematical methods will help me to establish structural thinking which is needed for my career goal. Second, the big enterprise will have higher standard rules and management and more experienced. All these things won’t be met in school and will have positive impacts on me that urge me to keep moving out of my comfort zone, that deserve my study. Last, in the big enterprise, I can have a better future after getting a promotion.
If you need to hold a culture exchange program between two countries which need to be far enough from each other, which two countries will you choose?
If I were to be in charge of a cultural exchange between two countries, I would choose the United States and Nepal. In the United States, the individual is the basic unit of social organization, and its culture respects personal values, and also advocates democracy and freedom. This spirit stimulates the enthusiasm of the individual and allows many people to fully realize their wisdom and potential.
However, Nepal has a strong religious belief. So the class system of Nepal is stricter and more rigid than that of the United States. Although Nepal began to implement a market-oriented free economic policy, its economic effects are not obvious due to many internal reasons. Therefore, in the exchange process, the two sides can communicate and understand in all aspects, and Nepal learns the open and diverse culture of the United States. At the same time, the United States can learn more about Nepal ’s mysterious religious culture.

At the point near deadline, we almost finished our work, just setting type left, however, suddenly, our translated paper lost in the laptop, I was so anxious and didn’t know what to do in the beginning. Then I calm down and decided to try to finish our work. Even though we still miss the DDL since no time left. We contact the organizer by email, explaining our situation, but it cannot work. Finally, we kept our paper, in case of emergency. But I have been satisfied, because all of us did our best, and it was the best result. I learnt that always sticking to the goal, not give up no matter what emergency happened. And always remember to back up the documents, in case of losing.
Meet any celebrity (e.g. politician/artist...), what would you do and say?
For me, the person i XXX most is Oprah Winfrey. I knew her through watching ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’. Oprah For her Determined and optimistic characters.
Instead of being limit by the society stereotype, she persists her dream as an anchor, despite that at that time, people resent the idea of having a black female host. She encountered with several serious setbacks, but even when she couldn't show her face in front of the public, she didn't quit. She persisted for 7 years, no matter how little chance she had to make it. Finally, she became the greatest female host in America. Her experience assures that, through persistent efforts, any misfortune or hardship in our lives are really the indispensable routes to success.

Live in a new country.
If I can choose which country to live, I would like to choose Italy, a country full of romantic and warmth. All these imaginations were happened when I was young, novels described the country as a land of romantic. I mean, it is true that everyone dreamed about dancing at St. Mark’s Square under moonlight, or kiss their lover at gandoura when passing through the Sign Bridge. But the most attractive thing must be the splendid cultural relic remained in Italy, thanks to the medici family, otherwise no such a great Renaissance happened and left.

A little conflict erupted while I was participating in a debate. In the competition, a male insulted and physically attacked several of female members. and also rebuked it as an incident that caused by us. This made us feel insulted and very angry. After the game, we tried to talk with this man, but he couldn't listen at all. When we realized that we couldn't let it go like this, we chose to report to the organizer. They gave a critical education to him and made him apologized to us. This incident made me realize that women are relatively weaker than men when they are outside. When we be treated unfairly, we must fight back for our own personal interests. Protect the rights that we deserve.

I would like to share all my talent to improve the living conditions of those abandoned pets who are homeless in the modern city. Since I keep my own cat, it is so uncomfortable and depressing when I saw those pets roam at the street. They are so fragile when crossing streets or bad weather, and easy to be ill without stable food supply and clean places, also a threat to local species. If I have unlimited capital, I would like to build a fund with the belief of ameliorating their basic living supports and provide health care. Well, I would like to share an experience of coding when I joined in a credit card program. Since the tutor asked us deal with data by Python, my process is a little hard in the very beginning, because I was totally a newcomer to this language. My coding was always going wrong or the syntax is not standard. There was no one to ask, and I firstly looked at the error, and searched it in the internet, try to debug the coding with myself. Thanks to my basis of Java and SQL, there were some similarity between them. Then I firstly understood the logic behind the task, and thought about the method, then using code to complete the data analysis. After that, I learnt not only analysis by Python, but also skills of solving problem in coding.

In our sports club, our leader led us to take part in a basketball competition, but actually my basketball skill and qualification is higher than our leader, since I have learnt it for many years. Speaking of this experience, I want to talk about a ceremony that was held two weeks ago. Well, I was assigned with an impromptu task to host the award ceremony for an international piano competition in front of the whole school. This made me shocked, because I supposed to host another ceremony two months later. Notified by the organizing committee only twelve hours before the actual ceremony, I was certainly intimidated by the amount of work and pressure I had to deal with. (I then decided to accept the challenge and see what I was capable of.) Fortunately, the ceremony turned out to be a success, and I was very proud of myself. This experience certainly is essential to me because by embracing it, I got to overcome and challenge myself. At the same time, this experience also allowed me to exercise my ability to deal with critical situations.

If I have a great conflict with my boss in my future career, for example, my boss may refuse to take my advice or refuse my proposal which I insist on and we will have an argument. So first of all, I will have communication with my boss to exchange our ideas and thoughts. And at last, I will try to understand and accept his idea. Because as the leader of the company, he just has his own unique thinking and perspectives about the business because he has more experience and long time working in that company. And I will learn how to deal with the relation with my boss and how to exchange our ideas in a better way. Also, I will learn how to view the business in a greater vision and consider the problem more comprehensively.
Tell me a time when there is a bully on your team. What is the outcome and what had you learnt?

I would like to share my experience in the school organization, and our main work is to hold lectures for students. I was in the publicity department, responsible for designing post for every lecture. Once the department, which planned the whole lecture, and assign tasks for others, was unsatisfied with my work, and stuck to make the post by themselves. I considered that was my part, and I wanted to complete it. I communicated with them, and asked them to give specific demands, and the deadline, and tried to present my design and thoughts. Finally, they accepted my post, and very content. In a team, there must be division of work and cooperation, which is always the most effective way to achieve the goal.

If you are the leader of a diverse team and your team members have different perspectives. What will you do and why?
Firstly, I would like to group my team members by continents, like Asians, Americans, European and so on, since people from the same continent have some common in sense less or more. Then appoint a group leader of them, who can communicate with others much better. And I will assign our tasks to every leader of different groups, and those leaders are responsible for communicating with their members and other leaders. I think it is a good way to enhance our working efficiency.
Moreover, creating some special expressions, like gestures or some characters, to represent common actions or notice is also a good option. Finally, we can also have a group meeting in the end, to share the opinions of the people in different cultures, I think it is a good way to expand our horizons and enhance our interpersonal skills.
Imagine that you are trying to resolve a cultural dispute between two individuals of different cultures. What would you do and why? Once I went to a Greek restaurant for dinner with my classmates. I met my friend Jacky sitting at the table next to me in the restaurant. We called the waiter and finished the order very quickly. But the table of my friends seemed to be ignored. I asked him about the reason, he said he already called the waiter. So, we ask the waiter what was going on again. The waiter politely told us that when friend called him, he had a bad attitude and did not respect him very much. However, Jacky said that he did not say anything disrespectful, he just rang a finger asked the waiter to come to order, which is normal in China. Speaking of this, we have discovered the real reason. In North America, you must not use this gesture to call someone over, which is especially impolite. So, I explained the problem to Jacky and suggested him to apologize. After listening to our apology and explanation, the waiter forgives him. This incident inspired me a lot of cross-cultural aspects.
如果有人对你做了不道德的行为你会怎么做？结果怎么样？
Depends on how the behavior influence the teamwork. If the unethical behaviors are just a little negative influence on me, not some severe hurt, I will choose to leave it behind, and focus on the teamwork, and resolve it until the end of work. After all, overall interests are the first. Of course, if that behaviors are kind of serious, solving with him privately is also a good option. However, if the behavior on me has affected the whole team, this person should compensate his fault for the team, and I will discuss the solution with other members to decide whether still keep him in our team or not.
