OSU SMF Rivs 面经 攒人品 [2017-01-28]

在北美没年味，大年三十录一波视频。。。

昨天刚交了申请，今天就收到了online interview。他们家用RIVS，比KIRA像素高多了。推荐用app会方便。过程是五道题，30s准备，3min答。我想说三分钟真的挺长的。。我基本上每个问题都留了十多秒。可以选择自己结束问题到下一题。

面经如下：

1. Compare Fisher College with other schools you have applied? If Fisher is the only one, tell us why.
2. A specific example of your leadership skills. What is your leadership style?
3. You had a disagreement working in a team. How did you deal with it and what was the outcome (这题懵逼了，准备的时候其实和第二题准备的一个例子，结果第二题已经说了第三题的时候愣是硬随便想了一个。。。各种un a 卡壳。。蓝瘦香菇。。。）
4. Different culture you felt uncomfortable. How did you deal with it?
5. Provide some examples of how graduate business school will be different from your undergraduate experience.

这些面经之前都有看到过，大致准备过outline。我觉得三十秒准备真的太短太短了，如果完全是个新题三十秒真的好难想全。所以大家多看看其他帖子总结一下题目，重复还是很多的多准备点例子。
