在ChaseDream潜水看了很多帖子，在面试之前更是看了很多是关于的Mac Degroote的MBA Co-Op的面经，受益匪浅。
真的，很多题都是一样的！
面试的时候看到了问题纸。三位面试官人手一份，在每道题下面做笔记，所以我觉得2017年面试的问题也都会是这么几个。
希望可以帮助到大家。也希望可以攒人品。我还在等通知，因为两个推荐人的推荐信都还没有发出去，感觉我的档案现在就在那呆着 ；
先说下自己的情况，
大学四年本科在Mac念的, 现住多伦多，所以一月初的时候被邀请去了学校面试。在Burlington Campus呆了大概两个小时，一开始有个基本的program介绍，半小时。校园参观，半小时。最后面试也是半小时。
校园特别棒，比我本科的Hamilton主校区高大上多了。唯一的问题就是前不着村，后不着店，没车的话完全浪不起来。
以下是面试里问的大部分问题：
1) How do you motivate youself to complete tasks that you are not interested in?
2) Describe a situation when you are unable to meet a deadline, or when you nearly missed a deadline.
3) Describe one of your project that can demonstrate leadership. How did you support team members?
4) Describe a scenarios when your goals were not reached, and what did you learn from it.
5) Role play: You and your partner received bad feedbad from project manager, and you noticed most of the mistake were made by your partner. What would you do?
6) Anything else you would like to add to your application (ie: showcase your strength)?
7) What other schools have you applied to?
