1. What is your earliest childhood memory? Why is it significant to you?
2. What would you notice first about people? Why?
3. What is the most meaningful accomplishment outside the classroom or work place? What is the step to this accomplishment?
4. Tell us about a time when you were assigned a task that doesn't match your skill. What was the outcome?
