OSU SMF rivs面经面筋 11-16 one way interview 五道题

楼主提交的很早，10月底吧，然而第二天就来了让one way interview的kira链接，白费了我录了optional video essay。。。

一直拖到现在才录完。是rivs，有五道题，这两天网不好，总是断，有时候30秒准备时间还没完就断了，下次进来发现还是那道题。每次录完会有上传的过程，几十兆很大需要几分钟才行，如果传完之前断了都算没录，需要重复录同样的题。

第一题是说还申请了别的学校了么？还是OSU是唯一申请的？OSU的SMF相对于别的学校有什么特点？
第二题是describe a specific example of when you acted as a leader of a group. How would you describe your leadership style?
第三题是if you were assigned to work on a project with individuals you never met before, how would you explain your strengths and weaknesses to prepare for your roles?
第四题是describe a time when you are not satisfied with your performance reaching a goal, what did you change to make things better?
第五题是when you are outside of work/school, what is something make you unique/different?
