OSU SMF 新鲜面经 [2016-04-13]

本来已经绝望了 1月中旬完成申请 4月9号突然来了面试通知 也是够晚的 我这情况 估计是没录够 准备补录些人 所以 我就是传说中的备胎

之前看OSU的Video interview面经 大家都说电脑录不了 手机或者pad下载app录才行。估计我人在美帝的关系吧 电脑录无压力 而且秒传 只是practice前还有个tutorial 我傻傻的以为是practice 我就纳闷为什么practice没给题目 而且答题时间是8分钟 吓得我一身冷汗 以为自己是不是搞错面试了

就不废话我的悲剧了 题目如下：

1. why you intertsted in the Fisher SMF program? what aspects of the program are most closely aligned with your career goal?
2. how would you describe your leadership style?
3. 怎样融入一个new organization？What will do to develop therelationship between your colleagues or your supervisor?
4. 在teamwork中的strength and weakness。
5. Tell about a living person in the business world that you admire and why.
6. Anexperience that you are beyond the expectation of others to finish a job?

收到通知太晚了 对今年申请的童鞋们应该是帮助不大了 但题目每年大同小异 明年应该还是有帮助吧。。。

最后 祝各位跟我一样还没拿到满意offer的童鞋苦尽甘来 都能等来满意的offer
