刚刚结束西北大学Kellogg-MSMS面试，楼主T有硬伤，不指望能过，发此帖是因为发现CD上MSMS的经验帖很少，而这又是一个很好的 项目，申请的人挺多，希望自己的一点经验能够帮到更多的小伙伴实现自己的梦想！
面试官挺nice，最大的特点是喜欢追问，比如我提到实习中的CFO，她会追问CFO如何帮助到你理解管理，提到我的爱好，她会追问如何形成的，日常生活中都是怎么做的等等。所以这种面试非常个性，无法提前做好所有准备，需要随机应变，这也是MSMS很看重的能力吧，毕竟它给所有申请人都发面试
面试所问到的问题如下：
1、Introduce your university and study background.
2、Why do you choose to study economics and finance?
3（追问）、You have told your hobby, How do you thhink does it link to management？
4、Show me your critical thinking using your experience of learning one course in your university.
5、What is the most challenging experience you have encountered？
6、Describe your leadship and teamwork experiences.
7、What did you do in your recently internship？
8（追问）、Talk about the specific things you did in your internship. And how it makes you choose management studies as your graduate major.
9、why do you choose Kellogg?
10、Talk about your short-term and long-term career plan.
11（追问）、Why do you chase consulting company as your career goal?
12、What can I tell you about our Kellogg?
