这里是德克萨斯大学达拉斯分校（University of Texas at Dallas）Supply Chain Management（SCM）的官方答疑网站。由于我为SCM项目的Director工作，因而可以在此回答大家关于SCM的所有问题，包括项目本身、课程设置、入学要求、奖学金、实习和就业等各个方面。

申请要求

申请需要以下材料：

GMAT/GRE成绩
成绩单原件、毕业证、学位证等附件（中英文版都需要）
托福或雅思成绩
简历
三封推荐信
个人陈述 (Personal Objectives Statement)

申请截止日期

秋季学期申请： 5月1号
春季学期申请： 9月1号
夏季学期申请： 3月1号

建议网上申请，完成申请程序，提交所需要的所有文件。在提交申请后，你还有一个月的时间补交剩下的文件。

如果错过了截止日期，你依然可以申请，但是会需要补交逾期费。所以大家要尽早完成网申，剩下的材料可以晚些交。

4.奖学金申请

当你提交申请后，会得到一个申请的ID.你可以用这个ID登录Galaxy账户，找到你的UTDID（十位数字）。申请奖学金的时候需要用到UTD ID.

建议申请Dean’s Excellence Scholarship ，点击下面的链接，回答表格上的所有问题然后提交申请。http://jindal.utdallas.edu/jsom-resources/scholarships/graduate-scholarships/

Dean’s Excellence Scholarship奖项是$1,000 + 州内学费待遇，州内学费意味着你每年的学费几乎减半。

一旦获得了奖学金，就可以享受包括下一学年的（秋季、春季、夏季或者春季、夏季、秋季）的州内学费待遇。

注意：奖学金必须在被UTD录取后通过申请获得。

申请截止时间：
?秋季学期：5月20号。 (Fall 2014的奖学金申请现在已经开通)
?春季学期：12月5号。
注意：Summer Semester是没有奖学金申请的。

5.关于学费

学费是每学期交一次根据你每个学期选多少学分而略有不同，每学期选的学分越多，平均每个学分学费越便宜。比如，Fall 2014你选9个学分（3门课），州外学费是$10,803（有奖学金的学费是$5,970）；如果你选12个学分（4门课），那么州外学费是$13,449（有奖学金的学费是$7,029）。更多关于学费的信息，请查看下面的链接：http://www.utdallas.edu/bursar/tuition/tables/?third=1

6. 关于寄送材料

成绩单, Resume, essay, 推荐信, 学位证或在读证明都可以通过网申在线提交。然后，需把你的官方文件和成绩单寄到如下地址：

Admission Committee只有在你的所有材料交齐之后才开始审核。

录取之后，官方成绩单原件, 包括毕业证学位证(信封密封，密封处盖章)，必需在你到达UTD之后，交到Office of Registrar注册! 也可以在到学校注册前把成绩单学位证寄到UTD：

推荐信、简历和个人陈述（Letters,resume, and personal statement）:

7.录取定金

没有接受AD的截止日期,但是越早做决定越好。录取后不需要定金。

8. SCM学生社团

11. SCM 工作

There are many jobs for SCM students, especially in Dallas. Did you know that Dallas:

- Dallas has over 900 advanced technology firms
- Ranks 9th in USA for largest metropolitan area
- Ranks 5th in USA that has the most company headquarters
- Ranks 2nd in the USA that has the most top 500 companies

很多公司总部位于达拉斯: ExxonMobil, AT&T, JC Penney, Kimberly-Clark, Texas Instruments, SouthwestAirlines, Fossil, Ericsson, FedEx, UPS, HP, and many others.

国际生在美国就业一直都是比较困难的, 但是大多数还是取决于自己的努力程度和机遇。如果你想要找实习或者工作，可以好好利用学校免费提供的career management center services，SCLC也会在这方面向大家提供帮助。

12. 关于生活成本

Dallas’ overall cost of living is 92% of the national average.以下是一些主要生活成本的基本情况：

一个月的房租(一个卧室)：$300-$700 and mostly $400-$450.
一个月的水电网：$50-$80 for each roommate.
一个月的电话费：$20-$60, which depends on differentdata, talk and text plans.
一个月的伙食费：$80-$130 if you cook by yourself for the most of time.
学校食堂的三明治、自助餐等大概$4 -$9. 去校外的餐馆每人大约$6(speciallunch) -$15.

像洗发水, 牙膏, 洗衣液等日常用品的价格和中国差不多。
