刚拿到JohnsHopkins的Offer + 整理的JHU MBA面试topics

还记得是5月9日面的，刚好5月中旬到美国出差，之前还纠结于是否争取5月下旬到巴尔的摩Campus Interview，结果由于录取周期的原因，被校方婉拒了。

面试的是Julian，可以在LinkedIn看到他的相关background(推荐大家了解面试官的一个好方法)，之前根据校友Bill（ID：justbp）的建议，搜罗了能找到JHU的面试题目，结果面试时全部命中。本觉得把握很大，但由于网络状态的原因，最终影响了面试的质量，5月11日得到了学校通知，我被列到了waitlist里面去，说最终的答复要等到6月1日才有。在此给大家一个小提示，如果信号不好，一定要果断把Skype关掉，调好信号再继续。

Waitlist对于我来是是一个最纠结的选项，我搜索了CD上面关于如何逃离waitlist的方法，除了技术层面的问题，最大的要领就是坚持、不放弃、展现出你的诚意。其间Bill给了我很大的鼓舞和帮助，我到美国出差期间还和Bill打了一个电话，他给了我很多建议，还专门为我写了一个推荐理由的陈述mail给了Julian，起到了非常大的帮助。同时，我也把相应在工作中能够证明我professional working experience的材料（Training Certification, Awarding, Job description & International conference certification）附上，专门写了一封邮件给Admin office再做了进一步的争取。

在此也把我面试过程中理出的Topic分享给大家，并继承Bill学长的精神，回答大家感兴趣的问题，祝所有CDer心想事成！
