In @ Stanford [2012-03-27] + 新增面经 [2012-02]

just got the call from DB. So haaaappy! Wish all Stanford applicants good luck!!!!! He's still calling people.

相应号召也来发面经：

2月底在新加坡面的校友，地点在校友的办公室。面试官毕业已经20年了，但是人还是满亲切的。只问了我三个问题，都是纯粹的behavioral questions。面完之后我也没有仔细回顾，具体问题记不太清了，大致是这三个：

1. Tell me about a time when you have to gain support for your idea / initiatives?
2. Tell me about a time when you were not a leader but stepped up and took the leadership role?
3. Tell me about a time when you were supportive in your team?

然后问了Anything else you want me to know? 最后又让我问了他一些关心的问题。

面试大约持续了45分钟，有很多的follow-up，问了很多details.没有问简历相关的问题，也没有why MBA/why Stanford 这种标准问题。
