Darden+Cornell 两碗热气腾腾的MBA面筋 [2012-03]

这周先后面了Darden和Cornell，趁着还有印象赶紧发面经攒人品求Offer

Darden:
Skype interview with adcom
adcom一上来就说这个面试是以我自己讲故事为主，她中间可能会插入问一些问题。
于是，我讲了我的life story 和 career progression

1. adcom follow up questions 包括：
2. how to make first career choice decision?
3. how much do I know about Darden?
4. Anything else I want the admission committee to know?
5. Question for her.

这是头一次碰见非一问一答的面试，也幸好之前在CD上看见了类似的面筋才有所心理预期，感谢分享的CDers！

Cornell：
Skype interview with 2nd-year student
Standard questions+follow up questions

1. Self-introduction about myself in/not in my resume
2. Career goal, ST/LT, and some follow-up questions about my CG
3. Why Johnson. Interaction with Johnson community
4. How to deal with confliction with peers or supervisors
5. One detailed question about a leadership experience in my resume
6. What activities I want to participate in Johnson
7. How would peers describe me in several words
8. What is the biggest weakness in my application
9. Questions for him

非常友好非常舒服的一次面试，从我联系的current student，到interviewer给我的感觉都很consistent很fit my personality，希望能收获一个大offer.
