Emory Goizueta MBA 面經（详）[2012-01-25]

今天早上跟Julie Barefoot面的。

早五分鐘到，在飯店的lobby見不到她，就打電話去她房間，她說馬上就下來。後來想想好像不是很禮貌，應該耐心多等一等的，唉...

見面後，她先跟我解釋面試的目的的process。我看到她手上拿著我的essays，上面還寫了notes，我把resume交給她之前，她說已經知道我的背景跟工作經驗、future goals，所以沒有叫我walk through your resume，直接問Why now。

1. Why you think 2012 is a right timing to pursue an MBA?
2. Why you choice this job but not others.
3. Why you decided to move to your next company and how did you find this position?
4. Why do you think your 2nd company chose you?
5. Give me an example of how you contribute to this company?
6. What the difficulties you faced from the transittion from your 1st company the 2nd one?
7. Why you chose your current company?
8. Describe a typical day of your current position?
9. Why you find interests in this industry and want to stay in the same industry post MBA?
10. Why MBA? What you expect to gain from it?
11. Your criteria of MBA program?
12. Give me some comapny names and functions that you want to have internship.
13. What feedback you have received from your supervisor and how you deal with that?
14. Give me 3 adjectives that your coleagues will describe you?
15. What you do in your free time?
16. Any questions?

Emory adcom真是我見過最專業的interviewer了。

我想adcom最重視的就是未來學生能不能找到好工作，我經歷三個公司，都是完全不同的industry，她似乎很在意這點，貌似我的回答不是很合她意，她很執著在這上面問了一連串相關的問題，我快被問倒了...

全部花了50分鐘  累....
