Stacey做的phone interview，觉得能face to face最好了，但是skype不稳定啊，要是碰到效果差也没办法
选了最早的一个slot 周一晚九点当地时间早八点，赞一下stacey的准时敬业，那会儿人们都刚刚陆续来上班。

面试的问题并不难：

1. go through your resume
2. why MBA why smeal
3. career goal
4. team work experience or how to interpret teamwork
5. how will your classmate describe you when they frist meet you in orientation and how will they describe after several months
6. what's the most influential news your read recently, how it impact you?
   针对resume的一些问题

大概就这些问题，年纪大，记不大清楚了，呵呵

stacey人很好，电话面试看不到面试官的表情和反馈是有点panic，不过到后面就流畅了。各种场合接触到的smeal的校友和admission的人都一致的nice。
