Please explain how the candidate interacted with you in seeking personal development.

这里的personal development 是指个人发展吗？如果是个人发展-personal development，而不是职业发展-professional development,那又与你的上司有什么关系呢？

attic, personal development is a general clause, including career development. Usually in big companies, they assign a career coach, or so called \'mentor\', to each employee.

So basically, \'personal development\' can also invlude something not job related, such as you volunteer work, your personalities. But, most \'personal development\' are career related I should say.
