Ohio State Univ. (OSU) MACC 新鲜面经

之前把CD上所有osu的面经都准备了一下，虽然常规的那些why osu/fisher/macc，career/life goal这些没出到，不过还是不少题目都是面经里面有的，建议要参加面试的人都好好准备一下。

面我的是Britney, 语速比较快，所以好几个题都要pardon，不过问清楚总好过答偏题啦。

1. what do you expect to gain besides business knowledge in the Macc program?
2. In what occasions do you have to use leadership skills during your study in the Macc program?
3. 如何在program的学习中提高leadership.
4. who is your role model in the business world?
5. a time when you look from other people's perspective to solve conflict.(意思是问你如何站在跟你有矛盾的人的立场想问题来解决矛盾，而不是之前一个面经所说利用别人的观点来解决conflict，我向她confirm过)
6. what will you do if others steal your ideas and take credit in it.
7. relationship between company's environmental consciousness and bottom line.(不是很明白问题，后来她解释说是问企业的环保意识会怎样contribute to its process)
8. 如何克服你的weakness和reinforce你的strengths.
9. a group work you do not care about but you still devote 100% efforts
10. 还申请了哪些学校。
