1. any work assigned to you that is outside your knowledge
2. describe a situation that you disagree with co-worker
3. describe any preventive preparation before a project launch
4. how you pass your idea to your team
5. describe a situation you get criticised and what you learn
6. describe a situation that you failed your commitment
7. describe a situation you are creative
8. describe a situation about quality (大概意思)
9. describe an experience you disagree with your supervisor.
