--  如何把握interview中的问题回答？
在interview中，回答问题一般多长时间合适呢？如果按照essay的样子回答，是不是会让面试人觉得太罗嗦啊？现在想想，一个面试确实至少需要大概45分钟，否则怎么可能大概了解一个人呢？

Treat the interview as conversations.

Apparently, it is not possible to use essays to answer questions although you definitely can talk about the key points.

Also I've found that the length of interviews varies from school to school (30-45min). Usually not all topics are convered (like undergraduate, current job, volunteer work). If you feel that you have something special but the interviewer has not asked you about it, be sure to point that out during your question session.

Generally speaking, the longer the better. That means at least the conversation is not boring.

be yourself, be confident, be prepared. Try to prepare those basic questions.
