中欧R3

刚刚放下中欧R3电面的电话。来CD发一贴感谢一下吧。虽然我常年潜水，可还是从论坛上找到了不少好东西。

面试的是Yvonne 和Decision Science 的Bill。（奇怪在CEIBS Faculty list里没找到这个Bill，不知有哪位前辈知道他是谁，我还想写一个email给他们）

问题如下：

1. [yvonne] Describe your current job and responsibilities.
2. [yvonne] In your role, what do you view as the biggest challenge in managing the team?
3. [Bill] When your manager suddenly calls you one day saying the client is very angry and threaten not to pay, what will be your response?
4. [Bill] Image you are on phone with a very angry client, who claims your team is performing badly and demands an explanation. What will you say to the client?

这些在我工作中都遇到过，于是就直接回答。整体感觉Bill 和Yvonne 都很温柔，没有那种故意测试你心里承受能力的问题，所以过程也就很顺利。全程不到半小时。不知这是好是坏。

我问了一下中欧毕业去向问题，yvonne给官方答案，Bill到很好，说不要期待太高，平均水平不是麦肯锡那种，但他也给了一点希望，说前天有个学生和他通电话，刚进麦肯锡。

然后就完了，现在等消息。同时继续INSEAD申请。

个人背景：新加坡读的本科，在新工作4年，software vendor consulting department
