case电话面试

1月6号晚上10点半的电面，Olivia准时来电，第一次有点杂音，第二次打过来就没问题了。刚开始是Olivia的自我介绍和对于整个面试流程的介绍，然后就开始了：

1. Why MSF and why this time?
2. What is your short-term plan?
3. Why case?
4. Hunting stratigies for the internship opportunities?
5. International students may be shy or dare not to speak when studying together with MBA students, who have more working experiences. Do you think you can come over this problem and what can you contribute to the discussion?
6. Have you come across any conflict or problems when doing a project with others? How did you solve it?
7. Hobby?
8. Questions to ask me?

整个面试耗时30分钟左右，可能自己语速比较快，导致Olivia讲话的速度也变快了很多，主要的地方都听明白了，但有些地方实在是听不出来讲的什么，还好漏掉的都不是重要的内容。总体上还算顺利吧，期间也有一些题外的交流，如提到菲利普斯在北京奥运会的表现以及CASE的体育设施等等，Olivia在这方面还挺热情的，给我介绍了一大堆她们的校队，虽然我没怎么听懂。
