• （邮件通知可能会晚 1-2 天，要求 1 周内完成，所以提交完了常登 portal 查看，可以及时开始准备）
• 11.06.2023 完成Kira assessment
• 11.18.2023 "Decision Available" email，登 portal 查 到admission,
• 12.15,2023 reply ddl:
