3. Other schools you applied to and how ASU compares with them?
4. Strength and weakness.
5. How do you handle failure/setbacks in research?
6. What type of schools you like to work at (asking more about culture)?
7. What mentorship style do you like?
8. Is your research interest very defined or you are open to other topics?
9. Your career goals.
10. Any questions for me.

Faculty II:

1. Why ASU?
2. What is the disruptive project you want to do in your field of interest?
3. What methodology will you use to do the project? + Follow-up questions.
4. What is the gap in the field of your interest?
5. What is the difference between A and B (two theories in my field of interest)?
6. Why Ph.D.? Why did you change from your undergraduate major to management?
7. Any questions for me?
