[已录] LBS MiM 面经 [2022.12.09]

BG:陆本 top 2 经管学部，GPA 3.7/4.0，TOEFL 113，GRE 330+，四段实习（咨询类 2 段，金融类 2 段），课余活动比较丰富

面官一开始就说不希望变成 IQ test，只是为了学校更好了解你，所以可以聊轻松点；也全程无 tech，一共面了一小时，之后又聊了有的没的 Q&A 半小时。面官说每年来做面试也是为了回馈学校帮助更多 junior.

1. 有没有申其他学校，之前有面试吗？
2. Why this school?
3. Why this major?
4. Proudest thing through university?（有一些追问）
   • Groupwork 里扮演了什么角色
5. Academic constructive feedback from a professor/supervisor?（这个问题我没准备学术版本……所以讲了个 group work 被教授指导的过程，答得略混乱，被问了一些 clarify，后来也变成了 leadership）
   • Through the process how are you influenced by others' opinions?
   • 作为 leader 的主要职责。
   • What's your leadership style?
6. Go through your internships. 可以讲 general 整个过程和 takeaway，也可以单独讲比较重要的一段经历。
   • 最开始说高中学文科，为什么后来想看 tech（文书里这么写的），有点 mindblowing.

8. Career goal and why?
   • 更喜欢 big name or boutique? Why?（我说有机会肯定争取 big，如果面官自己是 big name 出来的 所以建议顺着他的经历说 最后 Q&A 她也说 big name 对第一份工作更好）

10. How can you contribute to the community?
