U of T MMPA 面经 with Irene Wiecek [2022.11.24]

整个面试过程非常轻松，感觉就是遇到了一位老朋友一样，Irene 非常 supportive，全程笑着跟我对话，最后还夸我 academic record 非常好发帖攒个人品，希望好运保佑我收到更喜欢 program 的 offer!

Timeline:

• 10.07 Submitted
• 10.09 All reference letters received
• 11.22 Interview email
• 11.24 Interview （当时就给了口头 offer，目前还在等正式 offer）

面经：

1. Why MMPA?
2. Your coding skills.
3. Your leadership experience.
4. How do you dealing with team conflict?
5. 最不喜欢的课是哪个？
6. Any questions.

BG: Undergrad U of T, specializing in Mathematical Application of Finance and Economics, double-minoring in Statistics and Economics, high distinction 毕业，三段国内实习，waived GMAT

说实话面试之前真的很 overwhelmed，怕准备不好，怕出现意外大脑一片空白回答不上来。但是其实在面试开始那一刻就已经放松下来了。

而且 Irene 还晚到了大概七八分钟左右，后来她跟我说是前面面试的人遇到了 technical problem，不过好在最后都顺利完成了。
